About the Job As a nurse with us, you join a work team of 19 colleagues consisting of care assistants, coordinators, nurses, ward doctors and a ward manager. The work team includes both new and experienced staff. We have close collaboration with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's outpatient care and the expertise available there. Our ward is located in the same building as parts of Adult Psychiatry's 24-hour care and we support and help each other in the building when needed. As a nurse, you work certain days as a work leader together with coordinators. You participate in rounds for our inpatients, in acute assessments, plan and evaluate patients' care needs and medical treatment.
