We are currently looking for a female assistant who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our 5-year-old girl in Karlskrona. What does this position involve? The client is 5 years old and needs help with everything in her daily life, such as mobility assistance, meal times, and personal hygiene. The client attends preschool during weekdays and does not have support from her assistants during that time. Once a week, the client also attends a day activity center without her assistants. Currently, the position involves 3-4 weekday evenings between 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM. It is important that you as an assistant can speak fluent English, as the client's family speaks English. The client would appreciate if you have experience in healthcare; formal education is not required. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We appreciate if you have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. The client is looking for someone who: • is a woman. • has a genuine interest in helping others. • can understand and communicate in both English and Swedish. • can work evening shifts according to schedule. • has experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not required.)
