Our customer is a 28-year-old cheerful and energetic young woman with an intellectual disability. The customer communicates using TAKK (sign support) and pictures, and has many of her communication programs on her iPad as well as visual schedules on the wall. She needs help and support with all daily situations. The customer enjoys listening to music, dancing, exercising, swimming in the pool, horseback riding, and spending time with friends doing various activities such as bowling and Jumpyard. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. For you to thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer. In your work as a personal assistant, it is beneficial if you enjoy exercise, dancing, and physical activity. You are not afraid of horses and have no problem swimming in the pool. It is important that you have a technical interest and find it easy to use apps. You are a cheerful and creative young woman who is secure and mature as a person and living in or near Helsingborg or Mörarp. You need to have great patience, be responsible, and enjoy taking care of other people. Be cheerful, social, and have a positive outlook on life. Be able to or interested in learning TAKK and low-affective interaction techniques.
