About the job Do you want to be part of something bigger and make a difference in young people's lives? We are now seeking a reliable and responsible treatment assistant for awake night shifts at Bia Stödboende. Bia Stödboende serves individuals aged 16-21 who need housing with adult support during a period in their lives. Supported housing is a model where a person lives in their own apartment and mostly has contact with staff during scheduled meetings. We accept placements from throughout Gothenburg City. Our mission is to provide young people with the right support so they become secure and independent adults when they leave us. We have approximately 40 apartments, half of which are located in a building in Gamlestaden, where the personnel office is also located, from which all staff operate. Our services meet people during an important time in their lives, a time of identity formation and independence training. Those who come to us need support in various life areas: relationships, information about society, mental/physical health, support in school and/or employment. Some of the young people have previously had problems with substance abuse or crime, and may at times need support in remaining drug-free or avoiding a return to a criminal lifestyle. What happens during a work shift can vary, and you will sometimes encounter unforeseen situations that require you to make professional assessments on the spot. You have a colleague working the sleeping on-call shift whom you can wake for help and support in more difficult situations, and you always have access to management. Your work includes certain practical tasks such as documentation in the digital system Treserva, some cleaning, and preparations for the next day. You work on a two-to-five schedule where you work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday one week and Thursday and Friday the next week. In addition to meaningful work, we offer you a strong and engaged team, a facility manager, and a supervisor who support your development. You will contribute to our regular workplace meetings, and we ensure you receive relevant professional development to continue growing in your role. You need to have at least two years of experience in social work. A driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for the position. You understand the shared mission and work to make it as good as possible, so that young people get the support they need and the operation functions well. You are pleasant and helpful to others even in stressful situations. You show respect for everyone you meet at work and are welcoming and positive. You remain calm and secure in pressured and difficult situations. You can balance the demands placed on you and can make well-founded decisions despite time pressure. You take responsibility for your work tasks and the team's work tasks. You think about those we serve and their best interests. You do your best to complete all work tasks properly and follow up on how it went. According to the Act (2007:171) on criminal record checks for staff at certain residential facilities that receive children, a certificate of conduct from the police is required for work at residential care facilities and must be presented before employment. We also have a day care unit where patients come for planned treatments and evaluations within endocrinology. This gives you the opportunity to work independently, use your clinical eye, and at the same time continue to develop as a nurse within our specialist areas. With us you get varied and meaningful night work where teamwork, responsibility, and learning are important parts of everyday life. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who have previous experience in hospital care or experience within our specialties. Business Analyst - Digital Solutions

Would you like to work at the intersection of business and technology and be part of Balder's largest digital transformation journey to date? We're now seeking a colleague for our digitalization, IT, and business development team where you can combine business development and requirements specification with your genuine interest in technology, and dive into processes, user needs, systems, integrations, data flows, and technical solution proposals. About the role As a Business Analyst – Digital Solutions, you transform the organization's needs and improvement opportunities into implementable digital solutions. You drive the work from needs analysis and evaluation of solution alternatives through requirements specification, coordination, testing, and follow-up. You work broadly with initiatives such as business systems, integrations, master data, automation, data platforms, and data analytics. In close collaboration with the business and our technical teams, you ensure we solve the right problem, that requirements are clear, and that solutions deliver the intended business value. Your main areas of responsibility: Proactively identify problems and improvement opportunities in the business, formulate possible digital solutions, and drive the work from idea to implementation. Map and analyze business processes, information flows, system support, and dependencies to understand both the business need and technical prerequisites. Translate the organization's needs into clear functional and technically understandable requirements that solution architects and development teams can work with. Produce concrete requirements documentation such as process models, information flows, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria. Evaluate and challenge both the business's wishes and technical solution proposals to ensure we solve the right problem in a sustainable and appropriate way. Practically validate solutions and data through testing, analysis of data flows, and verification against defined requirements and acceptance criteria. Follow initiatives through the entire delivery and ensure the result creates intended business value, not just that the technical solution is delivered. When needed, work practically with data analysis, data validation, and further development of Power BI reports. What we're looking for Multiple years of experience in business analysis and requirements specification, and in driving digital initiatives from need to implemented solution. Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating complex needs into clear and implementable requirements. Practical technical experience and understanding of systems, integrations, data flows, and data models. Practical experience with SQL, data transformation, or analysis of data structures in different systems. Experience evaluating technical solution proposals and working closely with architects and development teams. Experience leading workshops and validating and testing digital solutions together with the business. It's a plus if you've been involved in larger change or implementation projects, for example in ERP, integrations, data migration, master data, automation, or data platforms. Experience with Power BI, APIs, or organizations with complex processes and system landscapes is also valuable. Who are you? To succeed in this role, we believe you're curious and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new businesses, processes, and technical questions. You see connections, identify what actually creates value, and aren't afraid to challenge both needs and solutions when necessary. At the same time, you enjoy variety and can switch between different initiatives without losing structure or momentum. You like taking your own initiatives, collaborate unpretentiously with different competencies, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle what's needed to move forward. Does this sound like a role for you? Great! We conduct ongoing selection, so submit your application today. This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period. The position is based at our head office in Gothenburg, with on-site work five days a week. In this process, we won't ask you to submit a cover letter. Instead, we'd like you to answer our selection questions. We use recruitment tests to help us make as good and objective a selection as possible. As part of the recruitment process, a work test will also be applied. If you have questions about the position, feel free to contact recruiter Gabriella Hagström, [email protected].
