Sodajo is now seeking a Service Advisor for an established player in the automotive industry in Kungälv. Here you will be an important part of a small team where you work closely with both customers and technicians, playing a central role in daily operations. About the Position This position is part of Sodajo's staffing services, meaning you will be employed as a consultant at Sodajo and work for our client in Kungälv. The need initially arises due to a parental leave, but the ambition is to find someone who can become a long-term part of the operation. If you thrive and develop in the role, there are good opportunities for continued work even after the initial assignment period. Our client is an established player in the automotive industry and part of a larger group. The operation is located in several places in the Gothenburg area and works with service and repair of cars and light commercial vehicles. You are responsible for creating structure and good communication throughout the workshop visit, from the first booking to when the customer picks up their completed car. The role involves great variety. One moment you might be receiving a customer and going through what needs to be done with their car, the next you might be planning with technicians, ordering parts, providing a cost estimate, or following up on ongoing work. You will work with customer reception, bookings, planning workshop work, ongoing customer dialogue, cost estimates, work orders, parts ordering, invoicing, and administrative follow-up. An important part of the role is staying one step ahead and creating the right conditions for both customers and colleagues. You therefore need to thrive with having multiple things going on at once and be able to prioritize when conditions change quickly. We Are Looking for Someone Who • Has experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or similar tasks • Thrives in a customer-facing role and finds it easy to build trust • Has good administrative skills and enjoys creating structure • Can plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Has good computer skills and feels comfortable working in different systems • Has good communication skills in Swedish and solid knowledge of English • Holds a B-class driver's license It is an advantage if you have experience from the automotive industry, a workshop, or a similar service advisor role. If you have the right foundation, an interest in the operation, and find it easy to learn new things, there are good opportunities to develop into the role.
