You work closely with people who are far from the job market and need both practical and educational support. Your work is about creating direction, motivation, and progression. In the role, you work closely with participants through observation, follow-up, and assessment of work capacity. You contribute important information in work capacity assessments and have an important function in identifying development and needs. Together with our multi-competent team, you follow up on participants' progression, goal achievement, and continued planning to create individually tailored interventions that make a real difference.
