Your Role As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be an important part of our maintenance team, which currently consists of two people. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production through preventive and corrective maintenance of our machinery. The work includes servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines and auxiliary equipment, as well as participation in development and improvement projects. You will also assist with installations, modifications, and technical upgrades as needed. Troubleshooting occurs both practically in production and via PLC systems, which makes the role varied and developmental. No two days are the same, which requires flexibility, initiative, and good collaboration skills. Working hours vary depending on the season and consist of either two-shift or 1.5-shift schedules. During evening shifts, you have Fridays off. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanics, electrical, and automation systems. Participate in the development and optimization of production processes. Document, follow up, and report on completed work. Work in the maintenance system Mainter. Participate in technical projects and improvement and investment projects. Ensure that planned maintenance activities are carried out according to established procedures. Perform modifications and extensions related to improvement work. Contact machine suppliers and external contractors as needed. Support and train operators in the use of technical equipment. Who Are You? Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation systems. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. Knowledge of PLC systems and basic PLC programming. Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing industry. Good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented work approach. Willingness to develop and learn new techniques and work methods. Desirable Experience with the Mainter maintenance system. Knowledge of automation, hydraulics, and machine engineering. Experience in project management or work supervision. Experience with improvement work and production development.
