Your Profile Required Qualifications Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and/or mobility impairments Pedagogical education or relevant experience for the position Strong knowledge of various pedagogical methods for students in need of special support Meritorious Experience working with children in need of special support Knowledge of current pedagogical tools and methods for students with NPF You have strong pedagogical insight and understand how different students learn and develop in different ways. You are clear and confident in your oral communication, which enables you to build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues. At the same time, you are creative and find solutions when situations require flexibility and innovation. You work systematically and have the ability to create order and predictability, which is an important foundation for students' sense of safety.
