About the Position As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of both varied work tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This means, among other things, that you have a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and faced. Wherever you are in the store, you notice our customers - such as when you stock goods, work at the checkout, help them in customer service or serve them in the café. In meeting with the customer, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are the same. Here we are happy to tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Varying degree of employment. About You The customer's time is valuable and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to listen, understand and read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for you who are a pronounced service-oriented person and who has the customer in focus. You like a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done and want order and tidiness around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English, among other things. It is a merit if you have experience from retail and preferably within store work with checkout work or from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a burning interest in our range and our product areas.
