Junior Production Technician

About the Role We are looking for a junior production technician for a long-term assignment within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will work closely with experienced production technicians and have a unique opportunity to develop within a broad technical role. You will work with a range of different tasks, including: Optimization of manufacturing processes and production flows Machine investments and technical development Drawing documentation and FMEA CE marking and safety aspects in production Cross-functional collaboration with production management, quality department, projects, and engineering The role involves many contact points and great variety in your work tasks. You will also have the opportunity to participate in innovation and development related to machinery and production flows. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have relevant technical education, likely mechanical engineering or similar Are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a broad technical role Like taking responsibility and collaborating with different departments Have the ability to read and understand drawings, or a willingness to learn more Are curious, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment Speak and write Swedish and English We are looking for a personality just as much as a competence. You may be newly graduated or have a few years of experience, but what matters most is that you have the right attitude and willingness to grow into the role.
