Floravägen 5 is a newly built retirement home with 100 apartments, distributed across 10 comfortable home units in modern and functional facilities. The building is spread over three floors with a café and garden on the lower floor. Here we create a secure and meaningful daily life for our residents – with a focus on community, self-determination, and quality of life. Operations run 24/7 and you work in a team with nursing assistants, care assistants, nurses, a physiotherapist, and an occupational therapist. We have close collaboration where everyone's expertise is valued. We believe in participation and collaboration – both within the work team and together with residents and their families. Your Assignment As a nursing assistant at Floravägen 5, you are a key person in the residents' daily lives. Your goal is to provide care of the highest quality with the individual's needs at the center. Your work tasks include, among other things: • Personal care, assistance with meals and activities • Health and medical care tasks on delegation • Documentation in operational systems • Development of care plans • Collaboration with family members, guardians, and administrators • You also participate in regular team meetings with other professionals, where you jointly plan and develop care based on each individual. Your Qualifications and Merits We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title. Work as a nursing assistant requires that you are stable and remain calm even in stressful situations. You enjoy working with people and have good interpersonal skills. You take responsibility for your tasks, are flexible, and work well collaboratively with others and contribute to solutions. Knowledge of dementia diseases and experience working with people with dementia-like symptoms is a merit. If you are trained as a specialist nursing assistant, that is also a merit. Since a large part of your work tasks involves communicating with various parties and working with documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. Basic digital skills are important as we work extensively digitally. Knowledge of the Finnish language is a merit. Personal Maturity Flexible Collaboration skills Structured Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis and the positions may be filled before the application deadline ends.
