The purpose is to reduce the need for acute interventions, involuntary care, and long hospital stays, as well as to strengthen patient participation and control over their own care and daily life. The department has strong expertise in eating disorders and close collaboration with the eating disorders unit. We work with case management and establish care plans in consultation with the patient, family, and outpatient care. Patients receive care both under voluntary admission and under the Mental Health Care Act. We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented systems administrator who wants to help develop our e-commerce and procurement process for the City of Västerås. Your Tasks In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that our e-commerce system and procurement-related processes function efficiently and support the needs of our operations. You will work together with three colleagues on this assignment, and the work is varied and includes both operational and strategic elements. You will work closely with procurement specialists, category managers, finance, and operations to ensure that our procurement and invoice flows maintain high quality and continue to develop. This includes handling master data, administering permissions, approval roles and delegations, and ensuring that organizational structures and delivery addresses are correct and up-to-date.
