Your Role
You will become part of the Strategy and Systems department, where you lead our system administration and development. It is a varied and exciting job with a flexible role where you have every opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute to solving tomorrow's challenges.
In this role, you become the bridge between operations and system administration by gathering operational needs, planning, prioritizing, following up, and reporting work within the scope of the administration object. Your role is to ensure that set goals are met and that deliveries occur on time, with good quality and at the right cost. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the systems, for example, by ensuring that system maintenance and development are handled in a qualitative and secure manner and that our system administration processes are followed. In the role, you ensure vendor management, requirement setting for changes and procurements.
For system development projects linked to the administration object, you act as project manager and drive operations-related projects of varying sizes. You drive the projects from start to finish, which means requirement setting in consultation with operations, resource management, leadership, governance, and documentation, as well as implementation of new solutions. An example of the type of project you may face is the implementation of a new IT system.
Together with other administration managers and those responsible for the development project portfolio, you participate in prioritizing, planning, and following up on the portfolio.
It is a central role and as IT/OT Administration Manager, you contribute to Mälarenergi Elnät's ability to drive and develop our operations.
We are Looking for You
Who has:
an academic degree in IT or equivalent education, or
corresponding competence acquired through work experience, for example as a project manager within IT/OT or similar field
Experience leading projects
Experience with change management
Good understanding of information and IT security
Experience with continuous improvement work
Knowledge of methods and tools for administration and IT governance (e.g., PM3 and ITIL)
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Meritorious if you have:
Certification in project management
