Your Responsibilities
You will become part of a professional unit where we work together to find the right employees for the city's operations, from dedicated educators and skilled managers to technical specialists and community builders. We are looking for someone with recruitment experience who wants to develop further alongside colleagues who do the same work as you and who are passionate about matching competence and personality to roles and operations.
We work according to a competence-based and unbiased recruitment method, where you contribute and support managers in all parts of the recruitment process. Your assignments vary between different roles across all the city's departments. You serve as a consultative support to our clients and ensure that recruitments maintain high quality, happen on time, and are a positive experience for both managers and candidates. You become part of a knowledgeable and engaged team that collaborates closely, shares experiences, and helps each other in an open-hearted and unpretentious manner.
Your Competence
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a consultative role with many contact points. You have good organizational skills, can manage multiple processes simultaneously, and build good relationships with both clients and candidates. To succeed in this role, you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people. You are flexible when needed, but also confident and humble about what you face.
You have post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as HR or behavioral science, and professional experience working in a service-oriented operation. It is a plus if you are certified in personality or skills assessment tools.
