It is meritorious if you have previously worked within the museum sector and have experience in building conservation work such as inventories, advisory services, and conservation participation. If you also have experience with handling referrals or report writing, that is advantageous. Since a large part of the work involves collaborating with others, you communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are meritorious.
