1 position(s). You will become part of an organization where health promotion and preventive student health work are a natural part of the school's daily activities. Your Tasks You have an independent and varied assignment where you are an important part of the school's student health team and safety team. Through your medical expertise, you contribute to health promotion and preventive work and monitor students' health development, lifestyle, and school environment. Together we create a safe and inclusive school environment where students feel seen, feel good, and have the best conditions to develop and reach their goals. The work is based on an annual plan developed by the Medical Student Health Initiative (EMI), which provides structure for planning health visits, health conversations, vaccinations, and other recurring interventions. You have an open clinic and are a visible and accessible adult in the school environment who creates safety and trust among students. In your role you work closely with the school's other staff to create a comprehensive picture of each student's needs and provide consultative support in educational work based on your nursing expertise. You also collaborate with guardians and other professionals, both within and outside the school, to promote students' health and development. The position is primarily located at Dingtuna skola, but also includes work at an adapted school. Your Qualifications You are a licensed nurse with further education in healthcare with a focus on children and youth, district nurse or school nurse training. If you have experience working as a school nurse or in health promotion work aimed at children and young people, that is a great advantage. We particularly welcome you if you have knowledge of NPF and with commitment and attentiveness want to contribute to an accessible and inclusive school environment.
