In your role as a CNC operator, you will be a key person in production, working with everything from turning and milling to more advanced processes. To apply for the role, we see that you have several years of practical work experience from CNC work. Highly meritorious is if you have previously worked with advanced CNC processes. We would like to see that you have worked with one-off manufacturing, machine programming, production troubleshooting and similar. You are a self-driven problem solver who thrives with taking responsibility for keeping production running. You are handy, have a good sense of quality, and appreciate working with varying tasks. Since the role means you are an important part of the customers' team, we place great emphasis on you being a reliable and thorough colleague who takes own initiatives in daily work. Shift work may occur and we therefore see that you are open to all types of shifts. The employment begins with a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a good chance of extension. Responsibilities Blueprint reading, setup and processing Responsibility for production Daily monitoring of machines and equipment Work with CNC-controlled machines Troubleshooting in the production flow Perform tool changes and setup Conduct quality inspections Set up, rig, program and run both CNC lathes and CNC mills. Qualifications Several years of practical work experience in CNC work (turning/milling). Experience in mechanical machining. Good knowledge in measurement technique, blueprint reading, and material knowledge. Good knowledge in reading and understanding blueprints. Experience with setup and processing B driver's license and access to a car Good Swedish in speaking and writing Criminal record check will be conducted in connection with employment.
