In your role as a Service Technician at Hörmann, you will work with service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial doors, docking equipment, loading houses, loading ramps, and drive systems. You will work from home, with your work area covering Västerås and surrounding regions.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs of industrial doors and loading equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance according to service agreements
Identify safety risks and propose improvement measures to customers
Document completed work digitally
Participate in on-call duty according to a rotating schedule
We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:
Experience working with doors, gates, elevators, or similar technical systems
Competence in mechanics, electrical work, automation, or industrial service
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Basic electrical knowledge
Good computer skills and Swedish language proficiency, both spoken and written
Driver's license category B
