About the position As a Systems Technical Specialist, you work to ensure, analyze and further develop the performance of the client's automated warehouse and control systems. You work closely with the support organization, customers and various technical functions to analyze incidents, identify recurring problems and find opportunities to improve the stability, efficiency and functionality of the systems. The role combines technical problem-solving and analysis with a clear customer focus. For example, you will work with SQL databases, log files and system data to understand what lies behind various issues and then drive or support the work to find long-term solutions. An important part of the role is also continuous improvement work. This could involve identifying trends between different facilities, proposing system improvements and supporting changes and further development with existing customers. You are offered, among other things: Permanent employment with our client Competitive salary Company car 25 days of vacation Wellness allowance and annual health check Life insurance An international, open and unpretentious work environment Your responsibilities In the role you will, among other things: Analyze incidents and identify causes, trends and improvement opportunities Work with troubleshooting and analysis of SQL databases, log files and system data Conduct and support root cause analyses on complex technical problems Engage in dialogue with customers to understand their needs and identify improvement opportunities Monitor trends between different facilities and propose improvements to system performance and reliability Develop, update and standardize technical documentation Develop training materials and support training of end users and internal colleagues Support implementation of changes and further development in existing systems Stay updated on new products, features and releases within warehouse and control systems Collaborate with various internal functions to share knowledge and improvements between different facilities About you You have post-secondary education in, for example, computer science, IT, automation or equivalent, or have built up equivalent competence through relevant work experience. To succeed in the role, we see that you: Have good knowledge of SQL databases, such as Oracle or MySQL, as well as understanding of database support and performance monitoring Have worked with automation, material handling, intralogistics or similar technical systems Are experienced in technical troubleshooting and analysis of, for example, log files and software Enjoy working in a customer-facing role and are comfortable communicating directly with customers and end users Understand the go-live phase in technical projects and the challenges that can arise during deployment Can develop, update and work with technical documentation Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written We believe you are analytical, self-driven and solution-oriented. You enjoy understanding why a technical problem occurs and are driven to find long-term solutions and improvements.
