About You We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong business focus and a genuine interest in creating value for both clients and candidates. You thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational work, build long-term relationships, and drive recruitment processes from start to finish. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have at least five years of experience in qualified recruitment, search, or talent acquisition. Have experience recruiting within IT, technology, engineering, and/or HR. Have experience in staffing and/or consulting solutions. Are strong in sourcing, candidate attraction, and relationship building. Have a commercial mindset and are driven by results. Are accustomed to taking full ownership of your processes and deliverables. Application We offer a consultant position through the end of the year with good potential for extension.
