Do you have several years of experience in broad HR work and enjoy combining strategic development work with operational HR support? Then this assignment could be for you! StudentConsulting is now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Solna. In this role, you will work broadly within HR and serve as a qualified support to the organization and managers. You will drive and provide expert support in various HR processes and contribute to business-focused development and change management work. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and provide expert support in HR processes and HR-related matters. - Provide support in development and change management work, for example during organizational changes. - Participate in business-focused projects from an HR perspective. - Support managers and the organization with a wide range of HR and business-related matters. - Work with cooperation, communication and negotiation in relation to employee organizations. - Work with competency planning, Talent Management, salary mapping and salary reviews. - Handle matters related to psychosocial health and work environment. - Lead workshops and working groups as needed. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work with our client in Solna, working approximately 20 hours per week. Desired start date is as soon as possible, and the assignment runs through March 31, 2027. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be a suitable candidate for this position, we see that you have: - 4–6 years of experience in independent HR work and driving HR processes such as competency planning, salary mapping, salary reviews, Talent Management, work environment and psychosocial health. - Experience in negotiation and cooperation with employee organizations. - Experience supporting and guiding managers in HR-related and business-focused matters. - Strong strategic and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and with results-oriented focus. As a person, you are initiative-taking, attentive and solutions-oriented. You find it easy to build trusting relationships and enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization. Since the role may involve handling sensitive personnel matters, it is important that you have high integrity and are comfortable handling complex situations and making well-considered decisions.
