Within Distribution at E.ON Energy Infrastructure, we are responsible for E.ON's district heating network in the Stockholm region, from development and expansion to operation and maintenance. We work to ensure a robust and long-term sustainable network while developing it for future needs and new customer connections. In our immediate team, we currently have five colleagues with expertise in areas such as infrastructure, maintenance, operations planning, documentation, and land matters. We work closely together and have many points of contact with other parts of the business. Your Role As Infrastructure Manager, you have long-term responsibility for the management and development of our district heating network in the Stockholm region. It is a central role where you combine technical, economic, and strategic perspectives and have great opportunity to influence how the network develops over time. You are responsible for, among other things: driving long-term network management and developing reinvestment plans planning and continuously monitoring long-term financial planning of reinvestments acting as project manager and developing decision-making documentation for reinvestments together with colleagues developing maintenance plans and planning measures in the network acting as technical requirements setter and recipient of the facility ensuring that we comply with occupational health and safety requirements related to the facility meeting legal requirements related to our facilities monitoring facility-related contracts in collaboration with procurement contributing to the development of our work methods You have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and work closely with different parts of the business as well as external partners and stakeholders. You also have close exchange with infrastructure managers at our other locations. The role involves regularly being in the field and at our facilities in Stockholm. Your Experience We are looking for you who have an engineering degree or other relevant technical education and several years of experience from a technical operation. You have good understanding of district heating, the overall economic picture, and the technical expertise required to make well-founded assessments and set relevant requirements. Experience from the energy sector and similar roles within, for example, infrastructure or maintenance is valuable.
