About the Role As an insurance broker, you guide customers to the right coverage solutions for situations like accidents and hospital stays. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:30. Focus: You work in a dialer environment with support from your personal sales coach every day. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone driven by results who thrives in a high-paced environment. You have a strong competitive instinct, preferably with a sports background. You speak and write fluent Swedish. You are positive, attentive, and comfortable with the phone as your main tool. Compensation & Benefits Secure Base Salary: Fixed hourly rate as your foundation.
