Location: Solna Start: October 5, 2026 Assignment length: 6 months, with possibility of extension or employment with client Working hours: Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00 and every fourth weekend Saturday-Sunday 10.00-14.00 About the customer service representative role As a customer service representative at Ownit, which is a product brand within Telenor, you work on behalf of one of Sweden's largest telecom operators. You become part of a team where community and collaboration are central. You handle both new and existing private customers and help them with everything from invoice inquiries to terminations and technical support. Unlike many other customer services, you don't transfer calls - you solve the customer's problem directly. Some upselling is included in the job tasks. It's important that you're comfortable working on the phone and enjoy customer contact. Common job tasks: Provide support to private customers via phone and digital channels Handle invoice inquiries, subscription terminations, and technical issues Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service Work with upselling when needed Contribute to the team's community and positive work environment Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with service experience who enjoys helping people. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement - you'll get the skills you need during the assignment. Requirements for the position Previous experience from service occupations, e.g. retail or restaurant Good computer skills and high school diploma Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English Comfortable working on the phone and having frequent customer contacts A willingness to learn and develop within customer service and technical support Background check information In accordance with our client's requirements, a background check in the criminal and misconduct register will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
