Here you work in a defined geographic area and travel between patients in our environmentally classified service vehicles. About the Role As a nurse with us, you have varied and developmental work where no evening is like another. You supervise nursing assistants, conduct planned and acute home visits, and are responsible for medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home. Part of your time is spent with referral handling. The work ranges from simple care interventions to care with advanced medical equipment and technology. Together with our call center, we also handle alerts from 1177 and SOS Alarm. Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system and work shifts are scheduled in Epsilon. You also have an experienced administrative team that helps with planning and coordination, so you can focus on the patients. Working hours are scheduled for evenings 15:00-23:00 and daytime on weekends 07:00-16:00. You work 2 out of 5 weekends.
