About the Position As an HVAC Technician with us, you'll have varied and stimulating work with significant responsibility. You'll work both practically and problem-solving, collaborating with other expertise areas within operations and service. You'll work with the maintenance of properties in preschools and schools, and your main responsibilities will be: Maintenance, repairs, and installation work Assist customers with orders and troubleshooting You'll be an important part of a smaller team of specialists based in Stockholm. About You To solve varied types of tasks, your problem-solving ability is essential. You're initiative-driven, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You're responsible and enjoy the combination of independent work and teamwork. You take significant personal responsibility in planning and managing your work, and therefore work in a structured manner with good prioritization skills. To Succeed in This Role, You Need Vocational school training of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 vocational points or alternatively equivalent 400 vocational points with a focus on HVAC installation or similar 2 years of work experience in the HVAC field Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally Driver's license category B Meritorious Hot work certification Fall protection training Electrical knowledge Why You Should Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners across the country.
