A role with both responsibility and variety In the role, you will among other things: provide professional and service-oriented support to employees in HR matters provide managers with advisory support in HR administration and personnel-related matters manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other personnel documentation work with HR systems and ensure that personnel data is correct and up-to-date create and administer reports, statistics, and HR-related materials participate in the entire recruitment process for our hearing clinics & Customer Service participate in and administer parts of the overall payroll process, for example preparations, quality assurance, communication, and follow-up contribute to developing, simplifying, and streamlining our HR processes and administrative working methods contribute to various HR projects and initiatives based on business needs. Experience from an international organization is a merit, as is experience with and good understanding of the overall payroll process, for example salary reviews, payroll data, quality assurance, salary changes, and collaboration with payroll function/payroll providers, as well as experience working in an organization with many operations-close managers and employees.
