WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a therapist, you will be part of a team of 13 therapists with professional groups including social workers, social pedagogues, sociologists, treatment pedagogues and alcohol and drug therapists. As a family therapist, you will conduct supportive, change and treatment work with children and young people (0-18 years) and their parents based on assignments from investigating social secretaries. The goal is to increase protective factors and reduce risk factors. We use evidence-based methods and proven experience. The content of the treatment work is individually adapted based on the child's/young person's/family's needs and is shaped together with the children, young people and their parents based on the assignment.
