We are now seeking a Property Technician for our Kiruna location.

Your Role:
You will be part of a team of 8-15 people working with property maintenance, operations, and electrical systems. You will primarily focus on the operation, maintenance, and care of properties as well as various installations and outdoor environments. At ALLTIME Malmfälten AB, we work in a technical environment, and your tasks will include maintenance of water and heating systems, roads, vehicles, and general technical service across the entire area.
During winter, snow removal is part of the work. Working as a property technician with us suits you if you thrive in varied, active, and independent work with considerable contact with people. Your service mindset and outgoing approach combined with a practical nature provide a solid foundation for success in this role.
Competency Profile
Education in property management, facilities, construction, plumbing, or similar fields is a merit. You work well both independently and in a team. You are a responsible and service-oriented person who is committed to the goal of satisfied customers, with the aim of maintaining good and long-term customer and business relationships. You have good social skills and a natural aptitude for delivering service. Furthermore, you are a good ambassador for ALLTIME Malmfälten AB and share our values of Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, and Quality.
