WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a Supervisor at the Day Activity program, you will share with other staff the educational responsibility for the daily operations where we strive to provide people with functional variations meaningful activities. At Resource Center, we work with physical, mental and social skills through everyday activities on an individual level. Individuals should also have the opportunity to experience things that increase their well-being and promote their development. Examples of activities offered include sensory training, tactile stimulation, ADL training, music, computer, color and form as well as activities in supervisor groups at external workplaces. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an education with a pedagogical focus at upper secondary school level, for example a childcare worker education, or alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent. The work requires that you have good physical ability and mobility. It is an advantage if you have experience with or can use sign language. You should be responsible and have a positive mindset as well as a clear pedagogical approach. You should also be attentive to the employees' individual needs, wishes and resources. You show good judgment and understand that you yourself influence the situation when you speak or act. You are open to new ideas, resourceful, flexible, able to work long-term and have very good collaboration skills. It is also required that you are flexible since the employees' work tasks can vary both internally and externally. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
