Our stores are characterized by self-service—as a customer, you load and pick your own building materials in our drive-in. To support and help you, you'll find plenty of information, instructions, and inspiration on our website. In our stores, you'll find a popular selection of products for building, renovating, and furnishing your house or apartment. Our e-commerce complements our stores by offering an expanded range with thousands of additional building materials that you can conveniently order for home delivery.
For our facility in Kiruna, we are looking for a new Store/Facility Manager who, with inspired leadership and first-class customer service, wants to help people realize their building dreams!

In your role as store manager, you are ultimately responsible for:
- Creating conditions for the store to deliver first-class service to our customers and contributing to this yourself
- Motivating and developing your employees to succeed in their tasks, including: recruitment, onboarding, and development responsibility
- Working to sell high-quality building materials at the market's best prices
- Ensuring a neat, clean, and profitable facility
- Setting budgets
- Creating work schedules and adapting staffing based on customer flow and merchandise deliveries
Qualifications
Buildmax store managers have the ability to motivate their employees to give 100%, create thriving business, and very satisfied customers. Therefore, we see that you have experience leading others and maintaining high engagement, while being sales-oriented, preferably with retail experience. Running a facility requires a pragmatic approach and good analytical ability. Perhaps you already have management responsibility or feel ready for it? Most importantly, however, you are passionate about creating high customer satisfaction and strong engagement and well-being among your employees.

All employees perform all daily tasks, which makes the work very fun and varied. A workday can, in addition to distributing work and leading and coaching your team, include lumber picking, price marking, inventory, unpacking, cashier service, etc. Above all, we help our customers find what they need to realize their building dreams.
Practical information about the position:
- Permanent full-time
- Fixed plus variable salary
- Weekend and evening work occurs
- 1-2 travel days per month
- Employment start: As soon as possible by agreement
