WORK TASKS As a work supervisor, you and the employee map out interests, resources and abilities, and together create an implementation plan towards the participant's individual goals. The work supervisor's role is to motivate, lead and plan work forward, with the aim of preparing the employee for employment but also creating conditions for people to move into other work or studies. The work also includes finding workplaces and supporting them to achieve good cooperation. All work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with others. We start from the individual's wishes regarding direction and work and provide support based on needs. Administrative tasks are included, such as Combine documentation. You are part of a work team with other staff within Daily Activities Rymdhuset (SAVO) where we collaborate and share the activities' tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have upper secondary education. It is desirable and meritorious to have pedagogical training in the form of ISA Individual Support at Work and MI-Motivational Conversations. You should be responsible and have positive thinking as well as a clear pedagogical approach. You should also be responsive to employees' individual needs, wishes and resources. The position requires you to be flexible in thought and personality. You are open to new ideas, resourceful, and have very good collaborative skills. The work requires that you have good physical ability and mobility. Proficiency in Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability and experience of working with the target group.
