LKAB Berg & Betong
LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group providing full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock support and tunneling in our mines, as well as process bedrock into gravel and macadam.
Your Role
We're looking for a production manager for our underground operations in Kiruna. You will be responsible for the division of our organization that conducts rock support and tunneling. You'll have miners and production supervisors reporting to you, with a team of approximately 25 employees.
You'll work closely with the other production managers within the organization, with support from the contractor engineer and the KMA and finance departments.
Your mission is to lead the development of the team and operations. You're also responsible for workplace safety initiatives and financial performance monitoring. The position involves independently planning work, conducting ongoing follow-ups, and ensuring delivery reliability and quality to our customers. You'll be part of the management group for rock support and tunneling.

You have an interest in working on continuous improvements in workplace safety and development. You show commitment through initiative and take great personal responsibility. As a leader with us, you're responsive and communicative. You're accustomed to working results-focused and take great responsibility for contributing to the achievement of operational goals.
You also bring:
High school education
Class B driver's license
Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with tunneling and rock support
Experience with budget and financial performance monitoring
Experience with work leadership or management positions
