Responsibilities As an Operational Buyer, you will have a central role in the organization where you are responsible for ensuring a competitive product range and efficient procurement flows. You will work closely with suppliers and internal functions such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure high delivery accuracy and good profitability. In this role, you are responsible for ongoing dialogue with suppliers regarding prices, assortment, and commercial terms. You monitor market developments, analyze sales data, and identify business opportunities that strengthen Privab's offering. Negotiations are a natural part of the work, and we are therefore looking for someone who enjoys business discussions and is motivated by creating value through good deals. The role offers broad contact points and great variety in your day-to-day work. You will have the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility in supplier development, negotiations, and category work. We are Looking For Someone Who Has at least 2–5 years of experience in operational procurement or a similar procurement role. Has good system knowledge and experience with business systems, for example Business Central, SAP, or equivalent. Has experience with supplier relationships, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Thrives in a role with many contact points and close collaboration with different functions. Has good analytical abilities and works in a structured manner. Is commercially minded and has a genuine interest in procurement, negotiations, and business development. It is a merit if you have experience from grocery retail, retail trade, the food industry, or other retail operations. Who Are You?
