Quality Engineer for Defense Industry Assignment

Job Description: In the role of Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for a customer area, act as a problem solver, and develop the already implemented work within quality assurance. You will be part of a cohesive team with experienced and supportive colleagues. As a Quality Engineer, you will be a key player working closely with other internal departments and process leaders. Together, you will drive continuous improvements and requirement-fulfilling processes. Examples of work tasks: Motivate, document, and implement changes in internal systems according to current operational procedures Develop quality plans that meet requirements from ESA and other space customers Review quality assurance documents linked to space projects Participate in internal audits with a focus on space operations Conduct design reviews to verify that they comply with relevant requirements and standards The assignment requires that you undergo a security interview and are approved according to current regulations. The assignment also includes requirements for certain citizenship. Who are you? We are looking for someone with an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, product development, or similar, or alternatively you have equivalent competence through professional experience. To succeed in the role of Quality Engineer, we believe you have a few years of experience working in a process-driven organization and have good knowledge of Office applications. We primarily look at your personality and believe you are a structured person with good analytical abilities. You are a problem solver who likes to think outside the box and are not afraid to take your own initiative. You work equally well independently as in a group, and you have the ability to deliver results on time. You speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
