Motor Technician with Customer Support Focus for GKN Assignment

Our partner GKN Aerospace is facing an exciting future in the defense and aerospace industry and is now seeking a motor technician with a focus on customer support. As a motor technician, you will be part of a value stream working together with assemblers and inspectors. As a motor technician, you are responsible for: • GKN's contact with end users. This includes receiving orders for motors, equipment and spare parts, as well as coordinating deliveries and transports. • Planning and technical ordering. Support with planning within your own workflow. • Responsibility for remedial meetings. • Financial planning of maintenance objects. • When needed, initiate changes to OEM data. • Impact assessment of new/modified requirements. • Participate and provide support in various projects. The assignment requires that you undergo a security interview and are approved according to applicable regulations. The assignment also has certain citizenship requirements. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or equivalent experience. If you have previous experience with aircraft engine maintenance and knowledge of aviation regulations, this is a merit. You speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
