Job Description:
In your role as a production technician, you'll have a varied and developmental workday with great freedom and responsibility for your products. The role also involves driving and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process. You'll be part of a cohesive team with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues where you work together to deliver the right quality, at the right cost, and on time.
As a production technician, you'll work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, acting as a technical expert.
Examples of Responsibilities:
Responsible for production and quality of your product(s)
Planning, monitoring, and controlling production.
Act as an expert on production technical matters.
Participate in technical development and industrialize new methods, processes, and ways of working.
This assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and obtain approval according to applicable regulations. The assignment also has specific citizenship requirements.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with relevant education in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field. Experience from manufacturing industry or previous work in a similar role is a plus.
To succeed in this role, we believe you're a curious and creative person who enjoys thinking outside the box and has a drive to develop in the position.
We place great importance on your personality and see that you're a structured and solution-focused person. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others. We also see that you have good technical understanding and speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
