We are now hiring a career coach who will initially be based at our Trelleborg office. The initial employment rate is 50%. Work hours have not been determined yet but will be based on the office's opening hours, which are either 08:30 – 12:30 or 12:30-16:30. We aim to start as soon as possible, but we're committed to finding the right person. The position needs to be flexible to potentially expand to a higher employment rate and possibly include work at our Malmö office. A bit about us and what we stand for: We're quite good at what we do, but we also know that more than hard facts are needed to succeed. We believe in joy, commitment, and a healthy dose of innovative thinking. With us, you get the opportunity to be part of a team that doesn't just work with people. We help people take the next step in their lives, and we have fun while doing it. So who are you? You're the person who makes others feel secure, inspired, and ready to take on the world. You have experience, preferably in networking and coaching, are self-driven and like to roll up your sleeves. You also know how to balance professionalism with a friendly tone, preferably with a twinkle in your eye. Here are some requirements, and I need to be a bit serious now. You MUST have one of the following: A higher education degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in combination with work experience: At least two years equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the combined working hours equal full-time over two years. What you will do with us: Help people find the right job and develop, both personally and professionally. Match participants with employers (and if possible, do it with a smile). Contribute to building our operations within Rusta and Matcha, which means you should be flexible with some new tasks outside the traditional career coaching role. What we offer: A team that likes to think outside the box (even though we still use the box for sticky notes sometimes). The opportunity to make a real difference, which sounds clichéd, but it's true.
