About the Position As a live agent on the Payroll team, you will support Fortnox customers with questions related to payroll, system use, and laws and regulations within the payroll area. You help customers find solutions in their daily work and guide them through Fortnox's various features and services. The role involves varied and problem-solving tasks where you work via phone, chat, and email. You become an important part of the team and contribute to both high customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement through customer conversations. This is a direct hire position, which means StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with a start in August, and working hours are during office hours on weekdays. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking someone with a strong interest in payroll who is motivated by helping customers and solving complex questions. You are communicative, pedagogical, and thrive in a role where collaboration and problem-solving are in focus. We would like it if you: Have education in payroll, HR, finance, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience Have practical experience with payroll work or administration Have experience with customer contact, support, or consulting Have good communication skills in Swedish and English Are solution-oriented and thrive in a changing environment Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability where engagement, responsibility-taking, and collaboration skills are valued highly.
