WORK TASKS Your primary placement is at Tullgatan 40 E/F, but you will also work shifts supporting other units within the care and residential facility. You work with care and support in daily life, creating a safe and meaningful everyday through conversation, activities, and social presence, while supporting the individual in maintaining their independence and integrity. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you provide care recipients with good care according to their individual needs. You work according to the Social Services Act and perform delegated health and medical care tasks under the Health and Medical Services Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and trained as a nursing assistant or care aide with experience. We want you to have a professional approach and a genuine interest in working with people. You work well both independently and in teams, are curious, take initiative, and see it as self-evident to contribute to a good work climate. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, including demeanor, collaboration skills, and commitment. A professional certification as a nursing assistant or documented experience working in care and social services is a requirement. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment.
