Nytida Rånäs is now recruiting an engaged nurse for a part-time/full-time position at 80-100%. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays. At our facility, you work together with 2 colleagues and a manager where you collectively take responsibility, plan and carry out your work through close and unpretentious collaboration. Your role is to hold primary responsibility for Rånäs HVB but also be part of the other activities at Rånäs. Nytida Rånäs is located in a beautiful natural setting near Rånäs Castle. The operations serve individuals with mental health issues, addictions and co-occurring disorders. Here, 40+30+19 people aged 21 and older live across 3 different facilities. We work in teams and closely together around each individual, always based on each person's needs, abilities and wishes. As a nurse with us, you hold overall responsibility for health and medical care interventions (HSL). This includes, among other things: working to promote the residents' physical and mental health establishing and following up on care and health plans responsibility for medication management, injections, etc. performing standard nursing tasks within health and medical care You are part of the team around each resident together with colleagues from various professions. Your role is central in our collective work to provide each person with the right support and conditions for a meaningful life. We actively work to reduce stigma around mental health and meet each individual with respect, knowledge and a person-centered approach. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, engaged, responsible and have a positive outlook. You have personal maturity, enjoy sharing your knowledge and actively contribute to a good work climate.
