As a temporary worker, you have the flexibility to set your own availability in our booking system whenever you want to work. WORK DUTIES As a temporary care worker at our elderly care facilities, you work providing care and support to the elderly. The individual's needs determine the scope of service and care. You perform service tasks and uncomplicated care and support services as well as carry out planned activities. You work as part of a team with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists and receive work tasks based on your competence level. Home Care Services In home care, you work in the person's home and the work is primarily done independently, though certain tasks are performed with colleagues. You work from your unit and follow routines that describe what services should be provided to clients. You travel by bicycle or car between clients and the work pace can at times be high. Night Patrol In the night patrol within home care services, you work as a temporary care worker during nighttime hours and help people who need support. You respond to alarms and also conduct regular visits. As a temporary care worker in night patrol, previous experience in care work is required. Depending on your education and experience, you may be assigned nursing tasks on delegation from a nurse and you work both independently and as part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: • You are 18 years or older • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Good computer skills • Within home care services, a driver's license is required Meritorious: • You are trained, or have ongoing training as a nursing assistant or equivalent education • Experience with the current target group • Several years of work experience We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
