We are now hiring Parking Enforcement Officers for our office in Luleå About the Role As a parking enforcement officer with us, you have an important function and are offered varied and enjoyable work with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within an assigned area (property grounds). Through your presence in the field with a patrol vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The work offers plenty of variation, great freedom, and significant responsibility. For example, you will: Patrol your work area by vehicle and on foot. Verify that parking regulations are being followed. Ensure that correct and clear signage is in place within the area. Issue parking citations as needed. Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions. Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Working hours vary by schedule and night and weekend work occurs. We apply a 6-month probationary period and our parking enforcement officers are based at our office in Luleå. About You To succeed in this role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail, taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes those around you feel safe. Requirements for the position: Hold a Category B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written High school competency Previous experience from a service profession Meritorious: Previous experience as a parking enforcement officer Previous experience in security When evaluating applicants for the position, we always review personal suitability in relation to requirements, personal qualities, qualifications, and references.
