About Skarpnäcksgården F-House
Nytida Skarpnäcksgården F-House is a care or residential facility, an HVB, located in Skarpnäck south of Stockholm. The goal is for the individual to feel safe at F-House and for us to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independently and well-functioning a life as possible.
Skarpnäcksgården is peacefully located within walking distance of Skarpnäck subway station. The individual lives in a single room of 15 to 20 square meters with a private toilet. The room is furnished with basic furniture. Shower is shared with other residents and there is an opportunity to use a laundry room. The individual has access to common areas for meals, socializing, a TV room, and a patio.
F-House serves adults aged 18 and older regardless of gender. We serve individuals with:
Ongoing substance abuse
Addiction to drugs or alcohol
Homelessness issues
Mental health challenges
We work based on the assignment we receive and the individual's needs. The individual and the principal are involved throughout the process. This may involve providing support in various ways, such as:
Establishing or maintaining contact with healthcare and/or psychiatry
Providing support regarding medication treatment
Establishing a weekly schedule for personal hygiene, laundry, and cleaning
Supporting and assisting the individual regarding finances
Motivating participation in meaningful activities
Tending to wounds or other specific care needs
We adapt our work based on the target group and the individual.
About the Role
As a Group Manager, you work both in operations and administratively. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working climate in the group every day. You provide the conditions for your work group to maintain good relationships with the facility's customers and their families. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Nytida's pedagogical framework. As a Group Manager, you report to the Operations Manager.

Your Experience and Knowledge
You have post-secondary or higher education in healthcare and social care, as well as experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support, low-affect interaction, and experience in work management.
You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping people in your group grow and develop in their professional role. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the will and ability to manage and monitor operations in accordance with the company's goals and financial framework. You are resourceful and responsive to the care recipient's needs and feel a natural respect for other people.
