In total, we have about 65 employees and the units work closely together. There is exciting work ongoing with early interventions and collaboration between social services, schools, police, culture and leisure, and Region Jönköping County. The municipality has an Open Reception for Young People with risk substance use/addiction and parent support programs with various target groups and language focus. The Intervention Unit is the social services open care unit where approximately 26 employees mainly work focused on the family center's curative activities and family treatment. Currently there are two youth coaches/SSPF coordinators and this function is now being strengthened with an additional position. The unit is led by a unit manager and two group leaders. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS SSPF is an initiative aimed at young people aged 10-19 in Nässjö who show risk factors and move in risky environments. SSPF is a collaboration model between social services, schools, police and leisure with the aim of preventing children and young people from developing norm-breaking behavior or criminality. SSPF is a way for society to jointly identify, communicate and provide support and interventions when children and young people are in the risk zone. The organization around SSPF collaboration consists of a steering group where decision-making functions from schools, social services, police and leisure participate. The work is then carried out in collaboration at various levels to both create regular situation assessments and work operatively close to the individual. The SSPF coordinator participates at all levels and holds the work together. The role of youth coach has existed for several years in Nässjö Municipality but since fall 2025 it has been combined with the role of SSPF coordinator. We see great advantages with this combination. The work as SSPF coordinator involves receiving information when children and young people may need attention and subsequently initiating collaboration. As SSPF coordinator you will lead the work between the professionals involved in SSPF. You will also be responsible for following up planned and implemented measures in dialogue with the young person and their family. The work also involves compiling assessments, follow-ups and evaluations and reporting these to the steering group and other management functions in the municipality. Since the role of SSPF coordinator is relatively new, exciting development work is ongoing in dialogue with colleagues and collaboration partners. Working hours are daytime, but evening work occurs. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has other behavioral science or educational academic qualifications that, together with work experience, are considered relevant for the position. You have experience working with the target group and we would like you to have worked with both authority functions and psychosocial treatment work. We would like you to have previous experience of collaboration and be an experienced and comfortable meeting leader. It is desirable that you have training and experience in change-oriented conversation methodology (MI) and structured network work. As a person you are relationship-oriented and have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently to translate identified needs, facts and context into well-functioning and sustainable processes. You easily create alliance and trust with both children, young people, parents and collaboration partners while your way of communicating creates structure and context. In addition, it is a merit if you have experience working with civil society and/or associations and if you speak languages other than Swedish and English. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has a driver's license. We conduct background checks (criminal record extract) as part of the suitability assessment for everyone offered employment in our activities because they have direct and regular contact with children and young people. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01 Or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
