The health care center is located in the Hageby district and currently has approximately 14,000 registered patients and approximately 80 employees. Our Offer Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health care centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers in the evenings and on weekends, and the General Medical Education Center. Job Description In the initial phase of this temporary assignment, we see you primarily as a dictation typist. Later, the role as health care administrator will involve customary tasks such as diagnosis classification as well as referral and mail handling. We have ongoing operational development where digitalization is a part of it. The position is on-site in the facility, not remote, as close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals is an important part of the assignment. About You You are a trained health care administrator. It is meritorious if you have experience in primary care and with the Cosmic medical record system. You are an experienced dictation typist. You are confident in yourself and your professional role. You are attentive to others' needs, have an easy time collaborating, and are flexible in your work approach. You are not averse to taking on new challenges and developing new work methods. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
