About Unika Landskrona Unika Landskrona operates two distinct programs: a group home with six placements and a supported living facility with eight placements. Both operations are licensed and run with approval from the Inspectorate for Health and Care (IVO). We welcome individuals in LSS Category 1, meaning people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism spectrum conditions. The Role of Support Pedagogue As a support pedagogue with us, the individual's will and needs are always at the center. You provide support and services based on the residents' own wishes – in their homes as well as during leisure activities – and help ensure each person has an active and meaningful life. With your pedagogical expertise, you recognize each individual's unique circumstances and adapt your work accordingly. Since residents' needs vary, no two days are the same. This makes the work varied, stimulating, and continuously developing. You work closely with residents alongside dedicated colleagues and, in close consultation with the operations manager, play a key role in advancing and developing the program's pedagogical work. The position also includes certain delegated health and care tasks. Who Are You? We seek someone who builds relationships with warmth and trust. You are calm and stable as a person and maintain a balanced, realistic perspective even when daily challenges arise. You have good collaboration skills – you are attentive in interactions with others and enjoy cooperating, both within the team and with external contacts. As a person, you are independent, humble, and responsible, with a genuine commitment to care work and the ability to always see the individual behind the need. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Diploma from support pedagogy training of 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy. Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group (adults in Category 1). Basic knowledge of household work such as cooking and hygiene. Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. Meritorious if you also have: Experience in supervisory positions Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior. Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues. Experience with visual communication and low-arousal approaches. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment Terms Employment type: 6-month probationary employment Work percentage: approximately 80% Work hours: day, evening, on-call, and weekends Start date: By agreement; we are favorable to starting soon.
