We believe you could be a recently graduated civil engineer or have some years of experience in design and product development. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in engineering and want to develop with us. We would like to see that you have: Knowledge of mechanical design. Experience with 3D CAD, such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar. Interest in product development and engineering. Ability to collaborate and contribute in a team. If you have experience in manufacturing industry, machinery, hydraulics, or welded structures, that is a plus but not a requirement.
