About the Position As an assembler for our client in the automotive industry, you will work on assembling vehicle components with a focus on accuracy and quality. The role involves hands-on work where some tasks can be physically demanding, so it's important that you enjoy active work and feel comfortable with physical labor when needed. You'll become part of a team where collaboration and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday work. Here, ideas and initiatives are valued regardless of where they come from in the organization – and you'll have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results. For the right person, there are also good opportunities to develop and grow within the company. The position is full-time and consists of a 6-month fixed-term employment where you work either permanent day shift or permanent evening shift, with interviews held on a rolling basis. A Typical Day as an Assembler You start your shift with the team where you review today's goals and follow up on yesterday's results. The team leader distributes the work and discusses any new improvement suggestions to test. During the day, you assemble vehicle components at a steady pace, with focus on quality and accuracy. The work is varied and switches between different tasks. When something can be done better, easier, or smarter, you bring it up – and often the team tests new solutions directly. It's a workplace where people ask questions, help each other, and learn from one another. When the day is done, you know what you've accomplished, together. About You We're looking for you as an engaged and responsible team player who thrives in an environment where people help each other. You are meticulous in your work and have the ability to work at a good pace without compromising on quality. You enjoy working with others and contribute to an inclusive work environment where different perspectives are seen as a strength. We especially welcome you if you want to develop in the industry – whether you have extensive experience or are at the beginning of your career. It's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience as an assembler or similar is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. If you're also flexible, punctual, and enjoy social settings, you'll be a great fit for this role. At Adecco, we value equality and diversity and actively work for an inclusive job market. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences where we place great emphasis on personal suitability. A background check will be conducted on all final candidates in the recruitment process. Requirements for the Position - Approved upper secondary school grades in Mathematics 1, Swedish 1, and English 5 - Meticulous in your work - Good teamwork ability - Experience with physically demanding work - Good Swedish language proficiency in both speech and writing Merits - Experience in industry or as an assembler - Experience working at a fast pace - Upper secondary education in an automotive program or equivalent Contact Information If you have questions or want to know more about the position, contact recruiting manager Alicia Ambroz at [email protected] For questions regarding your application or registration, contact our support at [email protected] We look forward to reading your application!
