Job Description: We are looking for an experienced cook who is confident in the kitchen and has a good understanding of ingredients, particularly meat. Most importantly, you must have the right attitude, work ethic, and sense of quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to KOMO's menu, focusing on premium meat and Asian flavors. Master wok techniques to ensure authentic preparation. Handle and cook premium meat cuts with precision and care. Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and that hygiene and health standards are always followed. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsible for food quality, portion control, and ensuring food is served on time during each shift. Qualifications: • At least 2-4 years of experience as a cook • Strong knowledge of meat handling and preparation • Structured and organized in your work • Good knowledge of food safety • Able to handle high pace and responsibility Why Work at KOMO?
